Exchange Policy

By purchasing goods and services from this site you acknowledge and agree to our Exchange Policy as set out below:

Haute Edit has a 7-day Return Policy. If seven days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

 

Non-returnable items include: (Unless damaged or defective on arrival)
Earrings
Gift cards
Sale Items
Pre-Order Items
Downloadable Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Important:
You will be responsible for paying for your initial shipping costs and return shipping costs.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:
If you’ve qualified for ‘Free Shipping’ and received a refund, the cost of return shipping (collection) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:
If you’ve qualified for ‘Free Shipping’ and requested an exchange on a product, the cost of return shipping (collection) and shipping of replacement product will be for your account. Our Free Shipping is a once off-offer

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven working days.
