By purchasing goods and services from this site you acknowledge and agree to our Exchange Policy as set out below:

Haute Edit has a 7-day Return Policy. If seven days have passed since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Non-returnable items include: (Unless damaged or defective on arrival)
Earrings
Gift cards
Sale Items
Pre-Order Items
Downloadable Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange & Refund Policy Terms and Conditions:

All shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you wish to exchange a product, you will be responsible for both your initial and return shipping costs.

If you’ve qualified for Free Shipping but decided to exchange a product, you will be responsible for both your initial and return shipping costs. The initial and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you’ve qualified for Free Shipping and requested an exchange on a product, the return and replacement costs will be for your account. Free Shipping is only applicable on a minimum spend of R 2000

Refunds

Please allow seven working days for your refund to be processed. As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven working days.
