Shipping Policy

By purchasing goods and services from this site you acknowledge and agree to our Shipping Policy as set out below:

In-Stock Items:
Orders placed before 9 am, between Monday and Friday will be processed within the same day.
Orders placed after 9 am will be processed the following day.
Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
The above does not apply to Pre-Ordered Items.

Deliveries:
Deliveries are made between Monday through Friday, during office hours only.
Please make sure that someone is available to collect your package.
Inspect your package upon receipt and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Also, notify the courier person or driver immediately.

Domestic Shipping Policy
These are the Shipping Options available for all major cities within South Africa:-

Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
R 100 for 0.1 kg – 2.0 kg

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
R 150 for 0.1 kg – 2.0 kg

Same Day Delivery: Cape Town and Surrounds only
R 250 for 0.1 kg – 5.0 kg
Orders must be placed before 9.30 am to qualify for same-day delivery
Not applicable to Friday or weekend orders

Free Shipping: 3-5 business days
Free for 0.1 kg – 2.0 kg
A minimum R 2000 spend applies to qualify for free delivery

Local Pickup: Cape Winelands only!

An email confirmation with your tracking information will be forwarded when your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping Policy
We offer Worldwide Shipping via FedEx and DHL only. Packages are shipped International Priority.
Services may vary depending on your location and does not include the destination Country’s Customs Duties

Shipping Exchange Policy
All shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you wish to exchange a product, you will be responsible for both your initial and return shipping costs.

If you’ve qualified for Free Shipping but decided to exchange a product, you will be responsible for both your initial and return shipping costs. The initial and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you’ve qualified for Free Shipping and requested an exchange on a product, the return and replacement costs will be for your account. Free Shipping is only applicable on a minimum spend of R 2000

Pre-Order Policy
A selection of our products is available on Pre-Order. Delivery on Pre-order items can take up to 20 business days as all products are handmade. The date provided on checkout is an estimated guideline only and can change depending on customs, production, or shipping delays that are out of our control.

All pre-orders’ expected shipment dates are approximated. If for any reason, the pre-orders become available sooner or later than the expected date, we will contact you via email. Your order will only be shipped when the item is received.
